Access
By car
At exit 34 on the A10 at Saint Jean d’Angély, head towards Matha, then Cognac. On the D85, at the entrance to Val-de-Cognac, take the D159 towards Nercillac on your left. Drive for 2 km, then turn right at La Tacharderie. From Angoulême, head towards Cognac (N141). In Cognac, take the D731 towards Val-de-Cognac (formerly Cherves-Richemont), then the D159 towards Nercillac. The gîtes are located at ‘La Tacharderie’.
By train
The gîtes are 48 kilometres from Angoulême station and 9 kilometres from Cognac station.
By plane
The closest airport is in Bordeaux.

Do you have a rental contract?
Yes, a contract is drawn up systematically and must be signed on arrival. Invoices available for professionals.
Is it possible to have a cleaning service during our stay?
Yes, there is an additional charge of €100. In this case, cleaning will be provided at the end of your stay. For professionals occupying the gîtes for long periods, cleaning will be carried out every 15 days.
How are the keys handed over?
The keys are handed over on arrival directly by the owners.
Is it possible to take out cancellation insurance?
You can take out cancellation insurance only if you book through Gîtes de France.
Are your gîtes accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, our gîtes have been awarded the Tourisme & Handicap label.
For the Côté Vignes gîte: motor, mental, hearing and visual. For the L’Alambic gîte: mental and hearing.
Both gîtes are accessible to people with reduced mobility (walk-in shower).
Guide dogs are welcome.
